Do I have to make an appointment?

Yes you have to book an appointment to secure a spot for all service.

How do I book an appointment?

Simply click on the “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT” tab you will be directed straight to my appointment book Acuity Scheduling

Why do I have to pay a deposit to book?

When a client books an appointment and does not show or cancels last minute, which leaves me with an open chair that could have been filled. To avoid that the deposit is to ensure that appointments are met.

Are you always booked?

Yes but however once a client cancel or reschedule the spot will automatically become available online.

Is there a grace period for arriving to your appointment late?

Yes there is a 5 min grace period. If you are more than 5 min late your appointment will automatically be cancelled
